With a strong passion for enhancing individuals, Chloe is driven by the opportunity to create pathways that build a foundation for future growth.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Psychology at Greenwich University, she brings an understanding of how people think, behave, and thrive within organisations to her work in leadership development.

Her approach centres on listening to understand, leveraging strengths, and empowering individuals to grow with confidence. She is especially passionate about helping others discover their purpose and build foundations for lasting change.

Outside of work, Chloe takes an active leadership role supporting and guiding youth aged 12–18 across her region, an experience that continually deepens her commitment to meaningful mentorship and personal development.
