The purpose of the ACCELERATE programme was to:

Through the aspirational, business-integrated, challenging learning experience we designed and delivered, participants had increased exposure to the wider company landscape; contributed to real business challenges and opportunities; learnt and exercised key skills to lead the current and future workforce.
Accelerate
Our three-module leadership development programme significantly enhanced participants' leadership capabilities by focusing on culture and strategy, empowering leadership, and increasing their influence and impact within the organisation. The programme's design allowed participants to apply practical insights directly to business projects, leading to tangible improvements in organisational outcomes.
Hogan Psychometric
The Hogan Psychometric Assessments were pivotal in raising participants' self-awareness, revealing deep insights into their leadership styles. This awareness enabled participants to leverage their strengths more effectively and address personal development areas, which directly contributed to their growth throughout the programme.
Module 1: Culture & Strategy
In the first module, participants developed a deep understanding of how organisational culture and values drive strategic decisions. By identifying personal and organisational strengths and weaknesses, participants could refine their strategic thinking and collaborate on impactful project proposals that aligned with the organisation’s goals.
Module 2: Inspire & Empower
This module empowered participants to articulate their leadership vision and hone their ability to inspire others. Practical exercises and role-playing scenarios with actors enhanced their confidence in handling challenging situations, leading to a noticeable increase in their ability to motivate and empower both their teams and the broader organisation.
Module 3: Influence & Impact
The final module solidified participants' ability to influence key stakeholders and drive meaningful change within the organisation. Presenting their refined project proposals to senior leaders not only boosted their confidence but also demonstrated their capability to lead initiatives that received executive endorsement.
Executive 1:1 Coaching
The one-on-one coaching sessions provided personalised support, enabling participants to address specific challenges and apply programme concepts to their unique contexts. This tailored approach led to profound personal and professional growth, with many participants reporting significant improvements in their leadership effectiveness and role engagement.
