With over 15 years of experience in managing multi‑layered L&D programmes across global luxury retail, automotive and media entertainment brands, she’s skilled at coordinating moving parts, keeping stakeholders aligned and taking care of the details that ensure every component is prepared and connected. 

She excels at creating engaging learning materials and shaping programme elements that feel coherent, practical and easy for participants to engage with.
